Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the Spolu app at app.spolu.top. It is operated by Milan Martiniak, Žilina, Slovak Republic (“we”). By signing in to the app, you agree to these terms.
What Spolu does
Spolu helps split shared costs between families and works out who needs to send how much to whom. The service is free.
Payments
Spolu does not handle money or payments. A PayMe payment link or QR code only opens your banking app with the details filled in. Always check the amount and the recipient before sending a payment. Marking a payment as paid in the app is only a record for the other families.
Your responsibilities
- You and the other families in the event are responsible for the accuracy of the amounts, headcounts and IBANs you enter.
- Only send invite links to people you want to add to the event or family.
- Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or to interfere with other people’s data.
No warranty
We provide Spolu as is. We do our best to keep the calculations accurate and the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, such as a payment sent incorrectly.
Changes and termination
We may change or extend the app, or stop running it. If we stop, we will let you know in the app in advance so you have time to settle up. You can stop using the app at any time; to have your data deleted, write to kontakt@spolu.top.

How we handle data is described in our Privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given to you by the laws of the country where you live.
